1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SVL Homestay website and the booking of our accommodations. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been dispatched. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before your scheduled check-in date.
• Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 5 days of your check-in date, a cancellation fee will apply.
• Refunds: To process a refund or to inquire about the exact refund amount after the free cancellation period, customers must call the property directly at +91 91640 79967.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the property with respect. Any damages caused to the property or its contents during your stay will be charged to you.
